The October 17th AGM saw many attendees, including local Council mayor, Dr Heather Holmes-Ross.
The full BCCI committee was re-elected for another 12 month term. During reports and questions, the improvements made to the centre this year were highlighted, including:
new airconditioning to the main hall and stage, ceiling insulation, termite bait stations, removal of old and unused light fittings, repairing the damaged ceiling, installation of new dimmable LED lighting, repainting the hall interior, installation of picture hanging rails.
Anticipated new initiatives were canvassed and some should be occurring this year.
