For several years, Innovation Calisthenics has been an important contributor at the Belair Community Centre. Kate and her fellow coaches have continued to be there when Covid restrictions allowed, and even when they did not, to support the well-being of mostly young female participants in a sport that combines musical theatre with dance, gymnastics and ballet.
